92:1
ﮖ وَاللَّيْلِ ﮗ إِذَا ﮘ يَغْشَىٰ ﮙ
92:1
Dr. Mustafa Khattab By the night when it covers,
92:2
ﮚ وَالنَّهَارِ ﮛ إِذَا ﮜ تَجَلَّىٰ ﮝ
92:2
Dr. Mustafa Khattab and the day when it shines!
92:3
ﮞ وَمَا ﮟ خَلَقَ ﮠ الذَّكَرَ ﮡ وَالْأُنْثَىٰ ﮢ
92:3
Dr. Mustafa Khattab And by ˹the One˺ Who created male and female!
92:4
ﮣ إِنَّ ﮤ سَعْيَكُمْ ﮥ لَشَتَّىٰ ﮦ
92:4
Dr. Mustafa Khattab Surely the ends you strive for are diverse.
92:5
ﮧ فَأَمَّا ﮨ مَنْ ﮩ أَعْطَىٰ ﮪ وَاتَّقَىٰ ﮫ
92:5
Dr. Mustafa Khattab As for the one who is charitable, mindful ˹of Allah˺,
92:6
ﮬ وَصَدَّقَ ﮭ بِالْحُسْنَىٰ ﮮ
92:6
Dr. Mustafa Khattab and ˹firmly˺ believes in the finest reward,
92:7
ﮯ فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُ ﮰ لِلْيُسْرَىٰ ﮱ
92:7
Dr. Mustafa Khattab We will facilitate for them the Way of Ease.
92:8
ﯓ وَأَمَّا ﯔ مَنْ ﯕ بَخِلَ ﯖ وَاسْتَغْنَىٰ ﯗ
92:8
Dr. Mustafa Khattab And as for the one who is stingy, indifferent ˹to Allah˺,
92:9
ﯘ وَكَذَّبَ ﯙ بِالْحُسْنَىٰ ﯚ
92:9
Dr. Mustafa Khattab and ˹staunchly˺ denies the finest reward,
92:10
ﯛ فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُ ﯜ لِلْعُسْرَىٰ ﯝ
92:10
Dr. Mustafa Khattab We will facilitate for them the path of hardship.
92:11
ﯞ وَمَا ﯟ يُغْنِي ﯠ عَنْهُ ﯡ مَالُهُ ﯢ إِذَا ﯣ تَرَدَّىٰ ﯤ
92:11
Dr. Mustafa Khattab And their wealth will be of no benefit to them when they tumble ˹into Hell˺.
