waallathee qaddara fahada |

Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance; |

And who destined and [then] guided |

And Who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal), |

And Who hath disposed and then guided, |

who determines the nature [of all that exists], and guided it accordingly; |

waallathee akhraja almarAAa |

And Who bringeth out the (green and luscious) pasture, |

And who brings out the pasture |

And Who brings forth herbage, |

And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, |

fajaAAalahu ghuthaan ahwa |

And then doth make it (but) swarthy stubble. |

And [then] makes it black stubble. |

Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. |

Then maketh it to stubble dusky. |

sanuqrioka fala tansa |

By degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget, |

We will make you recite, [O Muhammad], and you will not forget, |

We will make you recite so you shall not forget, |

We shall enable thee to recite, and then thou shalt not forget, |

[O Prophet!] We shall make you recite the Quran so that you will not forget any of it— |

illa ma shaa allahu innahu yaAAlamu aljahra wama yakhfa |

Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. |
Saheeh International |
Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. |

Except what Allah pleases, surely He knows the manifest, and what is hidden. |

Save that which Allah may will. Verily He knoweth the public and that which is hidden. |

except whatever God wills; He knows both what is manifest and what is hidden— |

wanuyassiruka lilyusra |

And We will make it easy for thee (to follow) the simple (Path). |

And We will ease you toward ease. |

And We will make your way smooth to a state of ease. |

And We shall make easy Unto thee the easy way. |

We shall facilitate for you the Easy Way. |

fathakkir in nafaAAati alththikra |

Therefore give admonition in case the admonition profits (the hearer). |
Saheeh International |
So remind, if the reminder should benefit; |
Shakir |
Therefore do remind, surely reminding does profit. |

Wherefore admonish thou; admonition hath surely profited, |

Remind, if the reminder can be of benefit. |

sayaththakkaru man yakhsha |

The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): |

He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. |

He who fears will mind, |

Admonished is he indeed who feareth, |

He who fears [God] will heed the reminder, |

wayatajannabuha alashqa |

But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, |

But the wretched one will avoid it - |

And the most unfortunate one will avoid it, |

And the wretched shunneth it-. |

but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, |

[He] who will [enter and] burn in the greatest Fire, |

thumma la yamootu feeha wala yahya |

In which they will then neither die nor live. |

Neither dying therein nor living. |

Then therein he shall neither live nor die. |

Wherein he shall neither die nor live, |

But those will prosper who purify themselves, |

He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself |
